Tina DeMartini

Tina is an experienced and dedicated Licensed Realtor with a specialization in Commercial Real Estate. After a successful 29-year career in the Title Insurance Industry, she made the decision to transition into real estate leasing and sales.  Over the past several years, Tina has sharpened her skills and focused on sales transactions, establishing herself as a reliable and knowledgeable professional in the industry.

Tina's expertise in negotiating deals and providing exceptional service to her clients is evident through the closing of numerous significant transactions and outstanding testimonials.  Her strategic approach to Commercial Real Estate has consistently yielded favorable outcomes, building her reputation for delivering results.

During her tenure in the Title Insurance Industry, Tina held various roles, including Escrow Officer and Branch Manager. She gained extensive experience in areas such as refinances, resales, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, commercial sales, co-ops, TICs (Tenancy in Common), subdivisions, and construction loans. In the last decade of her title career, Tina focused on Business Development and Account Management in Sonoma Valley and Petaluma, where she honed her sales skills and achieved top market share.

In addition to her real estate career, Tina has been the CFO and Co-Owner of DeMartini Electric Inc. since 2007. This family-owned and operated business specializes in high-end custom residential and commercial electrical services. Under Tina's leadership, the company has received accolades such as the People's Choice Award for Best Electrician in the Valley in 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Tina also handles human resources and marketing responsibilities within the company.

Tina's partner in both business and life is her husband, Scott DeMartini. She takes pride in her roles as a mother to her children Ella (26), Luc (18), bonus daughters Sheala (31) and Kylie (29), and fur babies Mac (5) and Bentley (2). Outside of work and family, Tina enjoys staying active through activities like running, hiking, biking, and yoga. She is also passionate about cars, travel, and exploring various cuisines as a food enthusiast.

With her diverse background as an Escrow Officer, CFO, and Small Business Owner, Tina brings extensive knowledge and skills to her role in Commercial Real Estate. She is eager to serve clients and meet all their Commercial Real Estate needs with her expertise and dedication.
